XV International Symposium on Soil Rheology: "Theory and Practice of Foundation Engineering."

The symposium was dedicated to the 95th anniversary of KGASU and the 60th anniversary of the Department of Soil Mechanics, Foundations, Structural Dynamics, and Engineering Geology.

The 15th International Symposium on Soil Rheology was held at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering from June 4 to 6, 2025.

The symposium was organized by:

  • Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering;
  • Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences;
  • Russian Society for Soil Mechanics, Geotechnics and Foundation Engineering;
  • Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Specialists from various regions of Russia, as well as from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, South Korea, India, Iraq, and the USA, participated in the symposium. A total of 95 presentations were delivered by 130 speakers.

M.L. Nuzhdin, Research Director at GROSF LLC, presented a report titled "Methods for Quality Verification of Foundation Reinforcement via Grouting in Rock and Fill Soils."
