1. Introduction

Ensuring confidentiality and security of personal data processing is one of the organization's priority tasks.
For these purposes, a set of organizational and administrative documentation has been put into effect, mandatory for execution by all company employees who have access to personal data processing.

Processing, storage, and ensuring confidentiality and security of personal data are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection, and in accordance with local regulations.

This Policy defines the principles, procedures, and conditions for processing personal data of Clients and other persons whose personal data is processed by the organization, in order to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, and also establishes the responsibility of officials who have access to personal data for non-compliance with the requirements of regulations governing the processing and protection of personal data.

2. Concept and composition of personal data

The list of personal data subject to protection is determined by the Federal Law "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory legal acts.

Information constituting personal data is any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).

Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Policy is provided by the Personal Data Subject by filling out a registration form on the website:

• the User's last name, first name, patronymic;
• the User's contact phone number;
• email address (e-mail).

3. Purposes of personal data processing

Processes personal data for the following purposes:

• ensuring compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts;
• identification of the Personal Data Subject registered on the website for online booking of medical services;
• providing the Personal Data Subject with access to personalized website resources (personal account).
• establishing feedback with the Personal Data Subject, including sending notifications, requests concerning the use of the website, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from the Personal Data Subject;
• providing the Personal Data Subject, with their consent, with service updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information;
• carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the Personal Data Subject.

4. Terms of personal data processing

The terms of personal data processing are determined in accordance with the term of the contract (agreement) with the personal data subject, Order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation dated 25.08.2010 No. 558 "On Approval of the 'List of Typical Administrative Archival Documents Generated in the Course of Activities of State Bodies, Local Self-Government Bodies and Organizations, Indicating Storage Periods'", the statute of limitations, as well as other requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Documents containing information about personal data subjects are created and stored. Requirements for the use of these typical document forms are established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 15.09.2008 No. 687 "On Approval of the Regulations on the Features of Personal Data Processing Carried Out Without the Use of Automation Tools".
